Our quality staff enables us to interface with architects, engineers, homeowner associations,
property management, and insurance companies to consistently deliver a quality product to our
clients
We currently have over 25 full time tradesmen on staff, representing most key construction trades.
Minimizing the use of sub-contractors allows CCS to maintain optimum control over
quality, cost, efficiency and project deadlines. In addition, CCS's Customer Service Staff will
assure that all jobs are performed with a minimum of inconvenience to property owners and
residents.
We work throughout the Southern California area, with crews servicing Orange County,
Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire.
Contractor's License: CCS holds a California Contractor's B General building & C33 Painting &
Decorating class license.
Insurance: CCS carries all required insurance, including $2,000,000 liability policy and a $1,000,000
worker's compensation policy.
